S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y - night!

Had fun at the game last Saturday in Moore. I won't lie, I was a wee bit disappointed with the starting XI for both sides, especially FCD. But still had a grand time none the less.

The kidos enjoyed themselves at the pre-game fun fest, thoroughly wearing the rubber off the inflatable slide to the point that it posed some danger to continue sliding.

As for the game it was a brisk evening, the crowd was larger than I was anticipating with as little marketing as they did for it. The quality of the game about what you'd expect from an February reserves game but at least I didn't have to drive 3 hours to watch it.

I do hope they bring it back bigger and better next year like they claim they will and I eagerly look forward to it since MLS hasn't handed over our own team yet.
